Who I help:

I help children 12+, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma.

How I help:

In collaboration, from a person centered trauma informed approach, I will help you build a tool box to manage the current stressors, trauma, and challenges you are facing. I believe you to be an expert in yourself and my role is to utilize your expertise with my clinical experience to bring forth the truest version of yourself.

Off the clock:

Traveling the world fills my cup and attending yoga retreats. I love to try new foods, go hiking, go kayaking, and of course thrifting.

  • Master’s in Social Welfare from the UC Berkeley School of Social Welfare

  • Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from the University of La Verne

  • EMDR trained, EMDR Institute
