Who I help:

I work with adults dealing with trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression.

How I help:

With 15+ years of experience, I can help you break free from your painful past, connect with your authentic self, and find inner peace. I create a custom therapy for each client using a blend of therapies including EMDR, somatic experiencing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. My style is warm, direct, and engaging.

I’m the Clinical Director of Calm Again Counseling, a member of the IFS teaching staff at IFSCA, and the host of the weekly podcast Going Inside: Healing Trauma from the Inside Out. You can learn more about me and my approach on my personal therapy website
