I work with adults dealing with trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression.

How I help:

As a therapist of 11+ years, I can help you break free from your painful past, connect with your authentic self, and find inner peace. I create a custom therapy for each client using a blend of therapies including EMDR, somatic experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, CBT/ACT, hypnosis, and more. Off the clock:

In my free time, I enjoy playing the drums, training Muay Thai kickboxing, and surfing. I’m also a professional actor. I live in San Francisco in the Sunset with my wife (a certified executive coach in San Francisco) and daughter.
