Approach:

I combine a humanistic approach with other evidence-based interventions (CBT, IFS, and harm reduction practices). My work is grounded by an anti-racist framework which acknowledges and critically examines how systemic oppression impacts BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and other communities.

There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.
— Maya Angelou

Who I help:

I work with adults (18+) struggling with C-PTSD, grief and loss, life transitions, and co-occuring substance use disorders. I am passionate around working with individuals from BIPOC and immigrant communities to create a safe space to unpack generational trauma.

How I help:

My approach is patient and curious, there are so many experiences and identities that have made you the individual you are today. All of those parts deserve space and attention when they are ready to be seen. The foundation of my work is building trust, which opens the doors for clients to deeply understand and connect with themselves. From there, we work collaboratively to build a safe space to work on self-compassion and other tools to make your day to day a little easier.

What my clients say about working with me:

My clients describe me as present, compassionate, and down to earth. I honor the importance of our work together, and also love to bring humor and playfulness into the space when needed.

Off the clock:

I enjoy time at home with my two cats, cooking, and reality television marathons.
