Approach:

Healing and growth aren’t just concepts — they’re rooted in our biology. Your brain, nervous system, and body possess powerful mechanisms for change. We'll harness these mechanisms using Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic therapies. Together, we'll embark on nervous system regulation and memory reconsolidation, enabling your brain to integrate new insights and reshape old patterns. This transformative inner journey will ripple outward to create deeper, more fulfilling connections.

Who I help:

Anxiety, stress, burnout — carrying the weight of past experiences? If you’ve been seeking solace from exhaustion, overwhelm, and cycles of guilt and shame, you’re exactly where you need to be. I support adolescents (16+), adults, and parents journeying through life's crossroads. Together, we’ll tap into your innate resilience, where healing unfolds, growth takes root, and new possibilities emerge.

How I help:

Transformation isn’t just possible, it’s innate within all of us. The brain is ever-evolving — rewiring through neuroplasticity, reshaping old patterns through memory reconsolidation.

Using embodied, evidence-based experiential therapies, I help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, release what’s been held in your body, and step into the fullest expression of yourself. Within you exists everything you need to create a life that feels whole and vibrant — I’m here to walk beside you, helping you reconnect with this source.

What my clients say about working with me:

Clients describe our work as open-hearted, intuitive, and deeply affirming. They often share that, for the first time, long-hidden parts of themselves feel truly seen and met with compassion. Many leave with a renewed sense of purpose, inner strength, and aliveness — more in awe of their light than ever before.

Off the clock:

You’ll find me soaking in life’s little wonders — dancing with my daughters, chasing them through playgrounds, and delighting in the magic of their laughter. Nature lights up my soul, I enjoy yoga/running barefoot on the beach, swimming in the ocean, and biking scenic paths with my partner.
